Cookies and similar technologies

The Website does not use analytics cookies or marketing cookies. We do not set tracking cookies.

Some pages load libraries from content delivery networks (such as jsDelivr or cdnjs) to display the site. These services do not use cookies for tracking on this Website. Archived editions under /editions/ follow the same approach: they do not use analytics or third-party embeds that load automatically on page view.

The Website uses or links to services operated by independent third parties. When you follow an external link, that third party’s privacy policy applies.

Service Purpose
Amazon Web Services (S3, CloudFront) Website hosting and content delivery
jsDelivr Delivery of open-source libraries (e.g. Bootstrap, jQuery)

We do not control how these third parties process your data. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before submitting personal data to them.

Data retention

  • Server and CDN logs are retained for a limited period necessary for security and operations, in line with our hosting provider’s configuration.
  • Published content (speaker profiles, photos, etc.) remains available for as long as it serves the purpose of documenting and promoting the Event, unless removal is requested and we are not required or permitted to retain it.

International transfers

Some service providers (including hosting and CDN providers) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) apply through our providers’ terms.

To exercise these rights, contact info@eleventh.it. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law (generally one month).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the Website or applicable law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website where appropriate.
