Massimo Re Ferrè

Bio

Massimo Re Ferrè serves as a Director of Product Management at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he has developed extensive expertise in compute services, including containers, functions, and serverless technologies. His current focus area is Next Generation Developer Experience, with an expanding scope into Generative AI.

In his role, he collaborates closely with customers and communities to optimize their use of AWS services while identifying opportunities for product improvements. His work spans from implementing incremental updates to completely reimagining consumption experiences.

Before joining AWS, Massimo held various positions at VMware, beginning as a Solutions Architect specializing in IaaS cloud technologies. He later advanced to roles including Technical Marketing Manager in the Cloud Services business unit and Technical Product Manager in the Cloud Native Applications business unit.

Massimo began his IT career at IBM, where he worked in the Global Services organization and held various field and business unit positions within the IBM Systems and Technology Group.
