We’ll share our practical experience in building a production-ready system for managing EV charging networks on AWS. Our talk takes a modest, real-world approach to solving everyday challenges. We’ll walk through how we set up a secure data ingestion pipeline using AWS IoT Core, processed real-time data with Lambda and Step Functions, and managed our operational data in Amazon RDS—with a separate data warehouse built on Amazon Redshift for deeper analysis.

We also dive into how we use Amazon SageMaker for AI-driven demand forecasting and predictive maintenance. As both a Charge Point Operator (CPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP), we face unique challenges in keeping our network running smoothly and efficiently.
